Denver Todd is The Gregarious Railfan
Todd Sestero is the RAILFAN GUIDES of the U.S.
On occasion railroads and the railroad industry have seen fit to show their patriotism by painting their engines and
cars in patriotic themes. In 1976, in an industry wide burst of zeal, many individual railroads opted to paint an engine
in order to honor America's Bicentennial. Then there have been 2 versions of a Freedom Train, Union Pacific's honoring
of George H.W. Bush, and their honoring of the American soldier during Operation Desert Storm. Those come to mind,
I'm sure there were others. As there are so many good sites dedicated to showing the bicentennial trains, This page
will again be mostly links. I find this kind of page informative in an effort to consolidate knowledge in one site and to
be courteous to the creators of those sites and not steal their material.
