Pacific Harbor Line
Description: The Pacific Harbor Line is the switching railroad thats serves the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles CA.
It interchanges with the Union Pacific and BNSF railroads. It is responsible for moving intermodal containers to and
from the railroads to container ships in these harbors.  The PHL has 59 miles of track. PHL provides rail switching
services for nine on-dock intermodal terminals and provides dispatching services for about 140 intermodal or unit trains
per day.
